React Developer

The Role

Traffic Label is looking for an experienced React developer to join our team and focus on the development of our proprietary business intelligence platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and enhancing public websites as well as internal business applications. The primary responsibility will be to create robust, easy-to-manage interface components using React.js workflows. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js for our business intelligence platforms
Designing modern, highly responsive web-based user interfaces
Building reusable components in React.js
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Learning and understanding user interactions
Optimizing components for performance across a variety of devices
Involvement from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive

The Ideal Candidate

Proficiency in JavaScript
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Prior experience with popular React.js workflows and Java frameworks
Familiarity with most recent specifications of EcmaScript
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with HTML / CSS
GIT experience is a plus
Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JWT
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including testing frameworks
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Upper-intermediate level of English
Team player
Excellent time-management
Great interpersonal and communication skills
